Approach

Product quality is just one aspect of maintaining high quality and probably not as important as many other aspects. The areas that we focus on for quality are:

Quality People

Our people are trained on and off the job to carry out their activities in the best possible manner. They are attitudinally programmed to give out their best and be responsible, as the result of their every act would lead to easier and better work environment for the other. This way the whole team will synergise to produce the extraordinary.

Quality Processes

Our processes are all well controlled and documented. We adhere to the stringent guidelines of ISO 9001:2008. The certification to us is not just a document, but rather a way of functioning within the organization.

As all the processes are performed with the highest levels of quality, the results also carry the quality in them.

Quality Products

As a result of the above two and In process as well as final inspection practices carried out by the QC team, the products that roll out from our factory are of the finest quality and can compete any international products in their category.

Quality Assurance Method

Stage wise inspection

At every stage of production from the start of Purchasing of Material to the final production process, we have established standards and parameters to measure quality.

Material testing, Visual inspection and dimensional check up are some of the important parts of the methods of QC that we employ.

We use SPC – Statistical process control to determine the cause of lack of quality and eliminate the cause so that we do not have to run after each piece but after each process.

Final Inspection

Our well-trained and tooled personnel in QC department also take stringent Quality checks of the finished goods before they are certified ready for dispatch. We employ SQC, statistical Quality Control to ensure that our QA effort gives us minimal rejections and yet the output is all to the clients demand and within the permitted tolerances.
